Order Verification
Please ensure that you check all order details carefully before making payment. Once confirmed, changes may be limited.

Confirmation of Information
The details provided in the invoice will be considered final upon your confirmation. Any errors or omissions must be communicated to us before confirmation. Please ensure that all information is carefully reviewed before placing your order. Our company is not responsible for any misunderstandings arising from discrepancies between brochures, website content, and the final product.

Card Design
The gift card design will be based on the options available with each package. Special requests or custom designs may incur additional charges.

Customization
Please note that any customization of the wedding pastries or packaging may result in additional fees.

Early Bird Promotion
Early bird promotions apply only if the specific packages, quantities, delivery address, and delivery date quoted are fulfilled. Failure to meet these conditions may void the promotion.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Most of our products are made from plant-based ingredients. However, some items are lightly brushed with egg wash during preparation to enhance their taste and appearance, making them ideal for Lacto-Ovo Vegetarians.

If you have specific ingredient concerns or requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly provide detailed product information.

Additionally, if you or your guests have any allergies or dietary restrictions, kindly inform us at the time of placing your order.

Cancellation Policy
Once the deposit has been made, cancellations are not accepted. However, we allow for a change in delivery date with at least one month’s notice. Failure to provide one month’s notice or last-minute changes will result in delivery being arranged as confirmed in the invoice.

Refund Policy
Minor damages due to transportation or handling may occur, and we are unable to offer refunds for these instances. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any significant issues due to non-human factors, please record a video as evidence and retain the complete product. Contact our customer service immediately with your order details, including your information and order number. We will address the issue promptly.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup.

Please follow the storage instructions provided to maintain the quality and freshness of your wedding pastries.

Delivery Timeframe
You will be informed of the expected delivery timeframe one day prior to the delivery date if the delivery is arranged by us.

Please note that if your order is shipped via a third-party logistics company (such as Lalamove, J&T or DHL etc), the actual delivery time may vary and will be beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive tracking details, and we recommend monitoring the shipment through the logistics provider's tracking system.

Order Changes
Any requests for changes to your order must be made with at least one month’s advance notice. One change is allowed free of charge. However, if additional changes are requested, an administrative fee of RM50 may be applied.
