Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?

Yes! We currently only take in pre-orders.

Do I need to pre-pay?

For all pick-up and delivery orders, we kindly request payment in advance.
Our delivery drivers do not accept cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.


Can I phone to reserve packages for same day pick-up?

Unfortunately, we only accept pre-orders for now.


Can I change a food product to another one in my box?

Yes of course! Kindly note that food item changes may come with additional charges depending on the type of product selected. Please WhatsApp us for more information.


What are the shelf lives for your products? I would like to keep the remaining packages until the next day for distribution, can I do so?

Our products are free from any preservatives so you can consume with a peace of mind. Thus we recommend consuming our products on the same day for the best quality.

Please refer to the following to see the shelf life of the different products.

Wedding Pastry of JiaNvBing （嫁女饼）, valid for 7 days, best consumed within 4 -5days as no preservative added. 

Products like ang ku kuehs and fruit tarts are not recommended to keep until the next day. They do not keep well in our hot & humid weather. Our cakes, cupcakes and pastries have a shelf life of 2-3 days and must be stored in the chiller to ensure freshness.

If you insist to keep your products until the next day for distribution, kindly ensure that you choose food items with longer shelf lives and store them appropriately.
It is advisable to select food items with a longer shelf life, such as cookies/biscuits that can last for 1-2 months. However, to fully enjoy their crispy texture, it is recommended to consume them as soon as possible.

Do note that we will not be held responsible for any illnesses resulting from irresponsible consumption of our products past its recommended due date.


How do I store my cakes?

Cakes can be stored in room temperature for 2-3 days, otherwise best kept refrigerated.
Our cupcakes serve best at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 3 days after purchasing them, you can freeze them and they are good for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 1–2 hours before they are to be served.


Do you provide delivery service?

Yes! For your convenience, we provide Peninsular Malaysia delivery services! Delivery fee may vary depending on the delivery address. On wet weather days, due to safety reasons, delivery may be delayed. We seek your understanding in this matter.
